libflac-dev software package provides Free Lossless Audio Codec - C development library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libflac-dev
libflac-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libflac-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libflac-dev *
You will get with libflac-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
